Our client is looking for a talented Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their team inhouse team.  An opportunity has arisen to join the People function. This role will coordinate the recruitment cycle and selection process, ensuring that we offer a first-class candidate experience that is efficient, professional, and informative.  You will work with and support all members of the People function which include HR and Learning and Development.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Coordinating the recruitment process via their applicant tracking system
  • The ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand the requirements of potential positions
  • Supporting hiring managers with role profiles, and benchmarking for roles
  • Conducting telephone interviews as part of the screening process
  • Creating and advertising job vacancies on various job boards
  • Utilising our skills testing platform to support hiring managers with the screening process
  • Support the department manager with weekly/monthly/yearly reports on the organisation’s recruitment activity
  • The ability to manage candidate and client expectations
  • Liaising with agencies for more technical roles to ensure we receive a good level and standard of candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers with interviews/note taking when required

ABOUT YOU:

  • Excellent organisational skills with a disciplined attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a recruitment environment/HR team
  • Good level of experience in all Microsoft packages
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively to all levels.
