Working for a well-known and established manufacturing firm in Jedburgh. You will be championing a customer-first approach across the business. Responsible for the development & execution of an industry- leading marketing strategy, cementing our client as the supplier of choice across distribution, online and direct customers. Spanning both B2C and B2B you will support the commercial objectives of the business.
Creation and delivery of a customer centric digital marketing strategy which is underpinned by effective and insightful data analysis.
Further build brand presence across UK & Europe, capitalising on our clients recognised position in the marketplace.
Generate traffic to the website and engage customers out with the typical purchasing and decision- making cycle.
Accountable for monitoring goals & measuring performance across all marketing channels, adapting strategy as required to ensure the team are on track to deliver commercial, customer and marketing targets.
Ownership of all the clients corporate, internal & external communications to include accuracy and tone of voice across all mediums.
Custodian of the website content, CMS, look & feel.
Ownership of the marketing budget and liaison between other corporate entities.
All material and communication within corporate guidelines.
Ensure safe working practices within the area and business (as appropriate).
Continually review H&S within the area.
Close interaction with the UK/ European sales force.
Familiar with their distributor marketing efforts.
Proven track record managing digital and campaign focused marketing initiatives.
Demonstrable knowledge of how to optimise marketing spend and activities in order to drive wider customer lifetime value.
Technical knowledge of system back ends and analytics, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
Customer obsessive – understands that the customer must be at the heart of the business strategy.
Able to foster an environment which promotes team effectiveness, creativity and enjoyment in work.
Analytical and a data-driven thinker who can utilise multiple data systems effectively.
Excellent attention to detail is a must.
Experience in B2B and B2C campaign led marketing at mid-management level.
