Working with a well known and established contact centre in Selkirk you will be working within the Customer Support Billing department.
You will be required to work on customer accounts inputting data into the system, updating billing queries and other information and reissuing bills to customers. You may occasionally have to speak with a supplier on the phone so excellent communication and verbal skills is a must.
This is an initial 12 week temporary position and needs someone who can hit the ground running and who is fully IT literate.
Reading bills is the main element of the role so having strong numerical skills is a must.
Role starts immediately and is Mon-Fri 9-5pm.
