Currently looking to expand their Customer Service department and therefore they require two new and experienced Team Managers.
Your role will be:
To develop, lead, motivate and manage a team of Account Managers
To take responsibility for ensuring excellent levels of customer service always
To promote the client as a customer focused organisation
To drive your team’s performance to achieve the relevant KPI and scorecard
To support the wider Customer Services team as required.
To be successful in this role you will be:
An experienced Professional who has worked in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience of working in a Contact Centre
Strong people management and leadership skills
Experience of leading, managing and developing large teams
Verbal and numeracy ability
Competent user of Microsoft Office software packages
