We are sourcing a permanent Customer Service Administrator who is courteous, efficient, helpful and professional. Your role will be to assist in all enquiries from Customers, potential Customers and Field Representatives.
Ensure all visit reports are received and distributed to correct personnel as required.
Process requests for SDS, Product Guidance and any POS received.
Process all training records and send certificates to customers in a timeous manner.
Send out any monthly requisition requests to CSR’s.
Ensure stocks of wall charts, labels and stationery and raise purchase requisitions as requested.
Welcome visitors and ensure they have been signed in and have gone through inductions as required.
Process all post daily including internal pigeonholes and keep franking machine running.
Process any requests for samples.
Assist Engineering with incoming breakdowns and allocate accordingly.
Ensure any requirements for meetings are met including rooms available, tea / coffee and lunch are provided as requested.
Maintain daily task list in conjunction with CRM system
Ensuring all work is up to date by the close of business and desks left tidy in readiness for the next day and the general office area is tidy.
You must have current experience in a similar role. Interviews will take place around mid-September or end off.
