What a year 2022 was for Balfour Wilson Recruitment. Not only did we have the pleasure to continue to provide a repeat recruitment service to clients that have entrusted their recruitment to us since we started, way back in 2017, but we also gained an impressive number of new clients, who we are delighted to say have continued to ask for our recruitment support again.
When you are asked to provide support again, it’s a wonderful feeling as it tells Moira and myself that we are doing something right. When we started back in June 2017, we were always very clear that we wanted to fill the roles we worked on with the right person, the first time and every time.
We wanted our clients and candidates to know that we listen to them, we take the time to understand what each party wants and to deliver the right candidate to the client and the right role to the candidate.
I suppose because, we take the time to listen and understand and are very upfront and make it clear that we do what we do because we want to support local clients and candidates and help them grow and develop their business or their skill set in the local area, this would explain why we won Executive Recruitment Specialists of the Year 2022/2023 at the Corporate LiveWire Global Awards 2022/2023 😊
