Customer Service Advisor
Due to growth and expansion, our client is looking for a really strong, mature and experienced individual to join the Customer Service team. Working in a team of 5 you will play a pivotal role in working together to ensure customer needs are met. You will be enthusiastic and willing to put your hand up and volunteer to do things. The role is likely to develop over the next 12 months so this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Being the first point of contact for clients over the telephone and via email regarding orders they have placed or advising potential new clients with information regarding the products we sell
- Be proactive in updating clients with relevant information regarding their order to ensure we deliver exceptional service
- Answering queries and dealing with issues/concerns promptly
- Having regular contact with the Logistics department regarding dispatch of orders
- Liaising with the Sales Order Processing department on a daily basis
- Keeping up to date with brochure/product launches
- Being knowledgeable of the product range and having the ability to answer any queries customers may have about our products
- Having regular meetings with the CSM on how to improve the service we provide and relaying customer feedback
- Pro-actively look at ways we work to ensure they provide the best service to their customers
- Building rapport with new clients – this is key to this role and requires someone with excellent communication and customer service skills as you will be the point of contact and therefore the reputation of the brands rely on the service you provide
- Build relations with our Sales Reps to provide support as needed mutually
- Be pro-active in resolving any issues and keeping the customer informed
- Seek to continually develop and build knowledge for yourself
- Report trends and issues to the CSM to ensure resolution put in place promptly and to ensure minimum disruption
