Sales & Support Administrator

Our client is a fast-growing global animal product business looking to expand their UK sales team. The perfect candidate would have an interest in pets (dogs or cats or other). The perfect candidate should be able to work on their own and with the rest of the team.


  • Contact with customers via phone calls and emails; answering emails, queries, updating records, upselling products
  • Maintain, update and grow customer database; generating and converting warm leads
  • Receiving and processing orders from B2B customers
  • Issuing order invoices and despatching products
  • Liaising with warehouse and follow-up delivery of orders
  • Attending events and trade shows as and when needed
  • Compiling daily and monthly records and reports
  • Supporting team members with other admin tasks if required
  • Working within a team of 6


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and confidence on the phone
  • Previous experience in sales admin, consumer product sales or similar is preferred
  • Experience with data, spreadsheets and reports is preferred
  • Must be self-sufficient and be able to work on your own as well as being part of a team
  • Need to be flexible and able to attend events and trade shows throughout the year if required
  • Knowledge of Google, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Accounting software data entry is preferred
